Another tulip!

Last year there were 6 tulips in this group, but only 2 have bloomed this year and they are a couple of weeks later. I must remember to clear these old bulbs out in the autumn and plant new ones.

Another beautiful day spent working in the garden. I've finished clearing the area round the tree and replanted it. The local birds could hardly wait for me to finish before they dived in to see what goodies were on offer. The robin was the first to land!!

B was over in Chelmsford involved in the first of three coaching sessions this week on track and field events for school children.
