The freshest produce
A superb meal this lunchtime, at Hampton Manor.
They source their fruit and veg from their well stocked garden where they can. Everything is brought in from as locally as possible. Their bread is chosen, grown and milled close by.
The chefs just venture out to pick what they need.
Certainly a restaurant which is an experience in itself. Each dish is brought to the table, and explained in detail, recognising the locality and special features. A succession of surprises and delights.
My favourite was the monkfish, line caught from Cornwall.
