Mongonisi Bay

I was up with the cockrel crowing as I walked from our accommodation along the lane to Mongonisi Bay. I was hoping for a lovely sunrise but it wasn't to be.

The photograph shows the Bay,  yachts, beach and bars at the southern end of Paxos Island with the Ionian sea beyond. It's my birthday and we spent the day on the very quiet sandy beach of the beach bar enjoying the comfort of hired sunbeds and umbrella.

We're off out to an old style greek restaurant that we've often driven past and said we must call in there!
