A televised event

Never before, the proclamation of the King televised today - spent the morning watching it.

Apart from popping to the supermarket, indoors all day watching the events of the tv. The traditions steeped in history being carried out, never seen before in my lifetime.

King Charles III - now the days of mourning continue. The Queen making her way back to her resting place on 19 September. Watching the members of the royal family continue their duty, to their mother/grannie, to their country, so hard when they are all grieving a loved one. So lovely see the differences between the brothers family put to one side, for respect to their grannie.
