Leatherwork

Today I attended a leather workshop. I made this coin purse; which involved dyeing and buffing the leather, bevelling the edges, burnishing them stitching it with saddlery stitch … very satisfying. I also made a belt the same colour and I’m going to give them to my son as he is best man next year.
