Notes: Awake well before sunrise again and headed to the pool around 630a to swim laps and then sit in the hot tub - has been quite a long time! Laps went better than I thought (as far as feeling in shape). Mid morning nap from too many nights of too little sleep. Woke to find numerous texts from Bette - did not want to go out at all. But got an Uber and headed over. She wasn't feeling great ... told me what she needs over the next couple days and then gave me her car. I'll go Mon morning and pick up the things she needs, gas up the car and go back to help with some things around the house. Bit of headache after I got back that lasted the rest of the day.
