Sweet Home Mülheim

Arrived home this afternoon, greeted by glorious sun and an avenue of cherry blossoms in full bloom! I was afraid that, after waiting all year for the one week when they would peak, that I would miss the spectacular beauty while up on the Baltic. The buds had just emerged when I left last Friday.

But not only did I find the trees full of flowers, but hubby had prepared an early mothers day gift! Every window in the house was freshly washed! I can now enjoy crystal clear views from all rooms to the magnificence of Spring outside my windows! What a treat :)

No, Toto, we're not in Kansas anymore. But we are home. And it's good to be home.
