A different beach today.

A very low tide today, like the last few days. Obviously there are associated high tides too! Two days ago there was quite a swell off the beach, enjoyed by surfers. Lots of marine debris on part the beach, and almost up to the dunes. Usually the West Sands are clear, a large area of lovely clean sand. Different today.

We watched the Memorial Service from St Giles’ Cathedral in Edinburgh. And a Motion of Condolence from Scottish Parliament.
