Fungus (second attempt)

Sunday was the annual allotment BBQ with over 75 people booked to come.  So there were dire warnings about the lack of parking spaces for the event, and so I walked there through the woods with my contributions, plate, cutlery and cup.  I spotted this bracket fungus on a dying oak tree on the last part of the walk.  I haven't seen one this reddy brown colour before and it doesn't feature in the Woodland Trust's most common bracket fungus list, so I don't know what it it.
The BBQ was great, but too many people and too much food and drink to remember to take any photos. So you have the fungus and I was given a lift home by a neighbour while we discussed how many elephant garlic cloves we want to order.
