Weymouth

This morning our hosts, Terry and Trish left to visit family, so Alice and I caught up on a few things, like downloading some of our photos. We had also taken our rental car back, as tomorrow morning we catch the train and go to Bristol.
After lunch we walked into the town of Weymouth, about a 20 minute walk, but of course we took longer photographing the lake and reeds along the way.
In this collage there are typical street scenes, the harbour, where young lovers hung out, and mother and daughter catching crabs! The bottom one on the right is something I like to try and photograph, and that is shop models, with reflections in the window of what the street is like. We bought some fish and chips, and sat down on a park bench and ate them, and then walked the rest of the way home, dragging our feet a little, as we had been walking for over 6 hours.
