Horizon

There was still a bright spot on the horizon when I got home from my reflexology session at 10 o'clock tonight. The stars were just coming out and I think that's Jupiter just above Holy Loch.

I'm feeling very chilled and much improved. I woke up feeling awful and hauled my carcass out of bed but by the end of a busy day at work I was surprised that I felt much better.

Thanks for all your kind wishes the last few days, it fair cheered me up.

Bubble bath and bed now, need to maintain the recovery for a nice weekend away with Freya. Excited.
