Look into my eyes!

You are feeling very sleepy. Indeed I was and fell asleep during the meditation this afternoon. I wished myself loving kindness and then I was gone!

I have just done bits and bobs today. Voice of the carer this morning, then a bit of organising in the garage while Dave was here. My guitar lesson was cancelled as Bruno wasn’t well.

Catching up on some art homework and meditation this afternoon. Oh and a visit from the district nurse for a dressing change too.
