Tasman Bay

The view from up high on Takaka Hill with the view across to Richmond and Nelson and the Richmond Ranges.
For Wide Wednesday Nature which in particular is the hills from the one I am standing on to the Ranges in the distance Nature has pushed them up from below sea level proven by the shell fossils that have been washed down in the heavy rains.

The Extra was my planned Blip still from Takaka Hill but the Golden Bay side but a guy decided the burn the tops of the pines he had just lopped to reduce the height.
I doubt he realised what affect the smoke was having.

200+ kms ride today for lunch in Takaka and returned with a puncture in my new tyre! B*$%@@!

A busy socialising day tomorrow after I drop my front wheel of for repair!
