Second time lucky!

Been a rather busy day. A friend from Bible study had invited a few ladies for breakfast at her home. It was a really lovely gathering and she made quite a spread, more like brunch.

Then home to decorate the rugby cake being collected later.

When I was finished, Jon came to see what I had made and promptly advised me that I’d made an American football (see extra) rather than a rugby ball!!!!! And said I had to change it …. Aargh …. how could I get it so wrong.

Anyway, I did change it and liked the proper rugby ball much better. River’s dad said that River would have been absolutely fine with the American football! So a little stress for nothing.
