Precious words for sharing....

I had those little 5year olds today and tried to get beyond their chatter and distraction, and to teach them how to learn. Each is the centre of his or her world and each has his or her own needs and wants. I want them to know how it feels to be cherished, to know security and to believe in themselves. I am so pleased to have even a very small part in their development.

Charlie has been on school journey this week, so no comprehension, verbal or non-verbal reasoning or Maths Challenge for me today. I hope he has had a fantastic time!
