'I want to ride my bicycle.......'

The sunshine and warmth, the tow path along the river at Richmond and hired bikes, the fact I stayed on with no trouble after too many non-cycling years and enjoyed myself very much, made for a very happy afternoon. Though two hours was long enough for a first time back leaving my bottom rather saddle sore!

After returning the bikes we sat for some time doing some great people watching before enjoying a wonderful meal at Gaucho's where we ate outside and watched the sunset. And we didn't need the blankets they so kindly provide!

And today has been 'the day' and I have been blessed by so many cards from wonderful friends and family, far and near.
