More Snow!

All winter we didn’t have snow on the ground once, but now it’s spring we have twice had snow. When I first looked out, before daylight, the lawn was covered with frozen white clumps. Later I went out to photograph the hills (see extra) Some of the cattle came over to the fence to watch me. They are such curious animals.

But once again the daffodils have been flattened and buried in snow. Other plants don’t look too happy. It doesn’t pay to get over optimistic about the arrival of spring.
