Go Beck!

Not the best photo, maybe, but there's Beck just over a mile into her Great North Run half-marathon and waving at me. I'm on the footbridge over the A167(M) Central Motorway (just ahead of where yesterday's photo was taken...) Unfortunately I missed Katie - and the overcrowded Metro situation en route to the South Shields meant I didn't see either of them cross the finish line - but I caught up with them both just after they finished so that we could all eat Greggs together and enjoy the massive queue down the high street shuffling towards the Metro station for the trip back into town...
