Up to Newcastle on the train ahead of the Great North Run tomorrow. We strolled round the corner from our hotel, by the station, and had a wander over Stephenson's High Level Bridge - then, like proper athletes (and their, ahem, 'Support Team') on the evening before an event, we walked the end of the course and then strolled over to Jesmond for a big bowl of pasta...
