Church of Saint Andrea

If I were a crow I could go from my apartment to this church in a few seconds. As I do not have the ability to fly it involves a walk along the road, down the hill a bit, and then up another street. Maybe about ten minutes.

Historically the church was used for the funerals of people who died from epidemics. We hear the church bells sometimes in the evening. The extra shows the very simple interior.

We did not venture far today as the weather forecast has been promising rain and thunderstorms, neither of which has materialised. Instead we have had cloud and sunny intervals. The temperature has been around 24º which is slightly lower than in recent days.

The kettle which was present when we bought the apartment finally gave up today. We bought a new kettle at the electical shop across from the bar. It was the first time we had been in since it opened a year or so ago.
