New reality day 777

The autumn is truly here. it's been grey day with showers. And leaves are changing color or starting to fall down.

Today we learned that our regional manager will visit us on Friday. We need to be at work bit earlier for that. I'm actually bit anxious about what he might tell us. I assume it will be about our boss leaving us just like that, without ever coming back. But also if he tells us who's going to be our new boss, that it bit worrying to me. My male co-workers all just shrug it off their shoulders and tell me it doesn't matter who's our boss. Apparently they don't listen to anything they are told. I, on the other hand, wanna learn and wanna have a good relationship with my boss and wanna be able to discuss work related matters with him. The men are so different and then they get nearly angry with me, for wanting a good boss to guide me.
