In the Pink
First thanks to everyone who left lovely comments on my mum's anniversary on the 12th. Also thanks to those who commented on the day before to let me know that the blip glitch was sorted.
Bb was up in IESE all day and so I did Aptis marking and worked on Week 2 of the test item writing course I'm taking this month. It's very interesting so far, although there's a lot to think about. You'd never imagine that so much thought had gone into a very small test item, even for the lower levels! At the end of this week, we have to write 4 items - 2 grammar and 2 vocabulary for submission to our portfolio. Fingers crossed!
Dinner was a new recipe for us - lentils and sausages casserole. I wondered how weather-appropriate it was, given that's still hot and sunny here, but it was actually fine and delicious and plenty left-over for another dinner.
Blip is of a little patch of colour on the patio. The plant in the right-hand bottom corner is growing quite quickly, was a cutting from our neighbour Eugenia on the other side of the passageway, and smells of incest when you rub the leaves.
