Gone Fishing

I see this solitary fishing boat periodically and I'm always puzzled.  No one else thinks it's worthwhile fishing in our bay.  I'd love to catch him at anchorage and ask why he does it.  Unfortunately he's out of Weymouth and I don't go there very often.
