Perpignan

Bit of a stressful travel day today, getting ourselves and all of our luggage to Perpignan. Things actually went pretty smoothly on the Barcelona end, but the station in Perpignan is small, there are no luggage carts and it was very difficult to get a cab. It all worked out in the end, though, and we treated ourselves to a nice and relaxing dinner in place Arago, so we really aren't suffering all that much. I took this photo at dusk over the "basse" river that runs through the downtown. We ran into a Crossways colleague at the hotel and saw a former student when we were walking around town --  I am looking forward to the graduation events for our M.A. program tomorrow.
