You lookin' at me?

I was sitting at my computer this morning and I heard a rustling sound. When I turned to look, Sylvie had inserted herself into a shopping bag filled with bulk shredding. I wasn't sure if she could get herself out, but in fact she managed it without overturning the bag.

Today I did my kidney labs and then headed to Safeway to spend some Fresh Bucks.  I bought several things I wouldn't have if I were going to pay myself.  Then, once I was at the checkout counter and my items were already on the counter, I discovered that I didn't have my card! So that trip cost me a lot of money.  But I still have my $40 worth of Bucks for the rest of the month.

Because I have that hearing aid appointment on Monday, I had scheduled a visit to my otolaryngologist for an ear cleaning and it's a good thing I did.  Just that alone improved my hearing in the short run.
