A good night: in Kinguissie to see Julie Fowlis who was simply wonderful - in addition to singing including some really outstanding puert a bheul she played a range of instruments including the bagpipes.

The atmosphere was great - held in the local community centre as part of the Final Fling in the run up to the Camanach Cup tomorrow.

At one point I thought we might not make as the car has developed a parking break fault - fortunately we could get a train up and we had planned to stay the night as T is going to Home Build Show in Aviemore tomorrow.

Earlier I went to dentists - screws were replaced and tightened. Yey !
