Funny

My sisters and I share the same views about lockdown and how it was handled …… she sent me this ‘funny’ which made me smile.

Nothing much happened today - I had to wait in for Charlie’s logs so cancelled BP. We ordered a double lot of logs in preparation for the winter (fuel bills
high = log burner rather than central heating). Just as he’d finished stacking them the widow cleaner turned up. Long chat with him and more hanging around. I made soup with the rest of the tomatoes and prepared OH’s lunch as he had a quick turnaround after golf as MIL had another appointment (diabetes check this time?!?!).

I took myself off for a long walk with a podcast and it was sunny but blowy). Home for a bowl of soup and an afternoon of fiddling around). I sat and watched something on Netflix and did some of my tapestry but always feel a bit guilty sitting down in the afternoon. OH cut the grass and I made dinner (salmon with pesto made from basil I had grown). Average day.
