Ripe Tomato Chutney
Today's the day ............................ for tomatoes
I have to say that I'm not a great lover of chutneys - in fact, Branston's is about as far as my tastes lie. But because we've had a very successful tomato crop this summer and we have become a bit overwhelmed recently with shiny red fruit, today I found myself making a batch of Katie Stewart's Ripe Tomato Chutney.
And it has turned out well - because we've just had some with our meal this evening. So, if anyone wants the recipe, just say .........................!
