A day with Alfred

We took my (Bristol) nephew to York University open day today. We liked it very much - some snazzy buildings and a very attractive body of water. The blip shows the central hall, and on the water, lesser snow geese. The sample lecture on the heart was fascinating. He wasn’t very organised in terms of getting to the right place at the right time, but it didn’t matter - he will learn.
I’m not sure it will go on his UCCA form - lower down than Lancaster, seen yesterday, but let’s see
