Longboards

The final day of the Nissan Super Girl Surf Pro competition found me at the Oceanside Pier bright and early. The waves were pretty small, making it hard for the short boarders to show off. The long board riders, on the other side of the pier, were able to do their thing with grace and style. The announcers said that this is the first time both competitions have been held at the same time. It made for a nice contrast and provided my blip for today.
