A work in progress , step 1- Begin !

I’m planning to turn this corner into an area that will bring good cheer when the nights are long, dark and chilly . I have begun !

The household elf has put the last of the thermal blinds up , now every window has its blind in place, they seem to have made the house quieter , darker ( obviously) and hopefully warmer.

So much sorting of stuff still to be done , the book I’ve been reading , The Secret Life of Clutter , has been surprisingly helpful.,

We are meant to be off on a road trip , the latest hurdle is the discovery of a flat tyre , more complicated on a Motorhome than a car .

I’m trying to keep up with the war in Ukraine , what it means to change a monarch , whether it’s right to have such a system anyway , reflecting on the life of Queen Elizabeth ( a woman I have some admiration for) and many other important things.

We are finishing each busy day with an episode of The Winx Saga , fantasy genre and fairly mindless , it hits the spot .
