New surface

Knee joint rehadilitation course started today. I wonder if some advice will stay in my mind... they will not give any notes or intstructions on the paper. I may not remember anything too long... I wonder when this business takes over some electric systems in giving advices.

As I got home, I played a while with Nicke the poodle (he stayed with hubby today at home working remote). After I had taken Nicke back home to my son, I made some chinese for dinner. In the evening after my bicycle trip some car lights made nice flower shadows from our front yard on our car. New kind of surface looked so nice.
