The Scale of Things

The cows are being delivered to various mid level pastures as they start their transhumance journey up to the high Alps and the calves are being born, I noticed tonight. Poor things, although it was a glorious day, tonight we are now having sheeting rain and thunderstorms. What a welcome to the world.
