Harvesting

I was out and about reasonably early this morning. From quiet streets we suddenly seem to have got busy again. It may have something to do with the masses of students now back and streaming up to the King’s Buildings nearby. (Not the new king’s buildings!) But elsewhere also seemed to be buzzing.

I began weeding in the warm sunshine and at last got round to lifting the 3 types of potatoes from the bags. A good haul in very good condition. Those we had tasted great.
