After the rain

A damp day. A bit of puddle jumping and making muffins with Esme in the morning - she was introduced to the delights of real pineapple! She's now gone to her mum's for a couple of days so a catch up with chores sort of afternoon. The rain stopped at around 5pm and a trip round the circuit was enjoyed, big views here down into East Takaka and a very fertile valley. Plus sheep.Himself has just made pizza which we followed with boysenberry gelato. Pretty good.
