scaffolding*

Today Jess and I have enjoyed the company of Steve, Sean and Bob, who have worked hard to put up scaffolding in preparation for a new roof on our outbuilding. Jess was a bit disappointed that Bob didn't bring his pie oven, but it's not cold enough for pies yet (this is Bob's opinion, not Jess's).

I got some gardening done and washing dried before the rain started this evening. Looks like heavy rain tomorrow so perhaps the roofers might not be back in the morning..and my plans for a hill walk with Fiona might have to be changed..we will see.
