Brooch -ing the subject

My patient gave me some time off this morning, to go to the gym and then  to Boots to get him some medication.  On a more serious note, the rash is looking very red and angry today, and is very painful. The nurses uniform is now back on, and I am on duty for the next few days. He hasn't lost his appetite, which is good, so I bought him a supply of Magnum's to keep him going ( some for me as well)
