Feel my pain.

Sorry if you are squeamish, but this is J's shingle rash, and it is spread over a very wide area, poor thing. He didn't have a very good night, but I think there is a very slight improvement today. Keep taking the tablets, I say. I washed the bedclothes, and gave Doris Dyson  a small workout, mustn't overdo it, as I must look after myself. Fish fingers and chips tonight, it's what the patient wanted.
