South of the river

Lunchtime escape to daylight and some sun in a community garden in the Coin Street area.

The conference was in a convenient building on Hatfields, a short walk across the Thames from where I stayed.  I was 'on' for the afternoon , introducing 6 speakers, for 6 different sessions and handling Q&A for them.  People were complimentary about what they heard; 80 or so in the audience, self selected as people who want to think about interesting technical problems and new developments.  

Stayed for about half of the social event in the evening then walked back across the river.
