The Sculpture Glade

I went along to a photoshoot with fellow members of the U3A Digital Photo Group to Pensthorpe Natural Park this afternoon.

Pensthorpe used to run a conservation programme where they bred red squirrels for release into suitable environments (I believe it was somewhere in Wales).  Pensthorpe had completed the work for this programme so the squirrels are gone now.  The area where their enclosures were has been incorporated into 'The Sculpture Glade'.  This wooded area is still a work in progress but these metal dandelion clocks caught my eye.  I'm not sure exactly how tall they are but the the largest of the three must be at least eighteen feet high...rather impressive.
