Early visit

Mild morning today. Weather cannot make up its mind.  Market was a bit quiet for Friday,  one fruit & veg stallholder is on holiday and the cheese stall wasn't there.  

Lazy afternoon reading.

The foxes are still visiting daily.  I often leave an egg and some peanuts for them and they polish off the suet sprinkles meant for the birds.  The squirrels also consume the sprinkles.

Blip is this evening about 7.30pm. 

We've seen and heard some squabbling among the juveniles and noticed an order of hierarchy in who gets to eat first.  

With nights drawing in the foxes are appearing still in the early evening.  They often appear from the end of the garden but I've also heard our high gate on our driveway rattle presuming a fox has climbed it and leapt over.
