Parkrun

Slept in this morning till just after 8am which is rare. Probably getting woken by H at 4am for a massive garden dump didn’t help.

In lieu of morning walk I took H to Parkrun and we did a nice easy sub 30 5km run which was nice.

L at gymnastics from 1-5pm and MrsT got friend R coming to visit and go for an afternoon walk.

I’m going to visit my dad who is 78 today but a bit depressed with health at the moment.

Ten pin bowling cancelled tonight so may pop out for the Scotland match. They play Ireland.
