It’s my son Laurence’s 26th birthday today.( My extra is a photo of Laurence that I like which was taken in Madrid last month)
It’s amazing to think about all that’s happened in our lives since his birth. I think having Laurence was a pivotal moment in my life … bringing me a real purpose, at a time when I felt lost and very depressed. Im looking forward to visiting him in London next month.
In the morning I caught up with all the lectures from my Ayurveda course . The webinar was cancelled as the Dr was unwell. Ironic !

Instead my partner and I went for a lovely walk
around Dalswinton Estate. Beautiful varied countryside. We did some tree hugging:-)
I had a long talk with my sister about our Mum. Her memory is deteriorating.
