I’m all business today. Lots of things to do before we go away.
And, as usual, I am doing things up to the last minute.

Do you remember the TV interlude?

These were (usually) unscheduled breaks in broadcast transmission. I remember them being quite frequent when we had our first TV. 

There was the apologetic announcement and then next thing you are watching an aquarium full of pet fish for five minutes while they fix things in the back room. 

Switch channels, you say? Well, back then we only had one channel. But we did have Daleks.
