Portrait

Straight in from my first Zumba session after a break of over three months because of the injured hip flexor.
Today was a big test for me as l wondered if it could be time to retire from this form of exercise.
Happy to say it went well and l held my own.
Not sure what emotion l am feeling: a bit of relief but can feel that determination running through me and l do set my mouth like that when l’m determined.
So a quick self portrait before l have a shower and get out of my kit.
Would prefer a bath to soak my muscles in but we still have a water shortage.
