Is the space not big enough?

I was waiting for S to come out from a job interview at one of the retailers at Fort Kinnaird and I was sitting reading the instructions for my new speed skipping rope. I know - instructions for a skipping rope - but hey - this came with handles that you have to build first before you can even get both feet off the ground!
Anyway I looked up when this car screeched to a halt in the mother and toddlers space in front of me, out got the driver followed by a teenager, both wandered off, didn't lock the car and left it parked at this jaunty angle. I'm sure we would have all failed our driving test if we left the vehicle abandoned like that!
