Chop, Chop,Chop

Evening all.

I'd stopped at ny usual haunt to take a few photos of the wildlife, and, as i hopped the stile there was a fairly graphic and disturbing poster detailing an awful episode of 'sheep worrying' in the field.

The farmer had lost seven sheep and nine baby lambs in the space of one night to either a rogue stray dog, or worse still, a nutter deliberately letting their dog attack the sheep, the photos of the dead animals were neccessary, brutal and upsetting, and a fairly stark reminder of the damage a dog can do in the charge of an irresponsible owner.

On a lighter note, i was discussing this with a friend of mine in a local watering hole a few days later and the subject of the photos came up:

"shocking, awful pictures" i said

"yeah" he said, nodding his head soberly, "so out of focus".....

i give up.
