Main photo is the current 5 pm weather map with the hurricane in the lower part. The blue dot is the location of my house.
Extra photo is a shot of the sliding glass doors out to daughter’s back patio. The hurricane shutters are in place so we only have artificial light in the house. We have an abundance of battery powered lanterns and flashlights, so we will be okay. Her house is about 14 miles inland so we won’t have any storm surge but plenty of rain and wind.
