It's been a bit of a day. I had my second counselling appointment this morning. We talked, then she thought I would be a good case for EMDR therapy.
We did a bit this morning and wow, it was emotional .
Back again for two more sessions where she recommended booking appointments later in the day so I don't have to go back to work.
