Bangin day!

We did the whole Canmore thing which was fun and got some nice breakfast before heading to the Nordic centre. I was gonna hit the trails as this is the last big week of running before I tone it down, however they were still covered in snow as quite elevated.
I went back to Banff and hit the trails on my own and for the first time they were snow and ice free! The sun was blasting and I even caught the sun. You could smell the trees in the sun which is the nicest smell on earth. It was truly awesome. Spring is finally finally here! And it was plus 15 , which at our elevation is alot warmer than a normal plus 15.

After that I went to the mini ramp with Adam and even Kris came as the weather was good. She sat and read her book and our other friends turned up with the same idea. Me and Adam had a good session and he got some great pics of me, but I uses the one I took of him here doing this nosegrind. This was using my new ultra wide lens on my 16mm 2.8.

We went back and watched a film 'Killing them Softly', absolute twoddle, I find American politics quite boring. Crap. I give it 2* for very good cinematography.
